Meryl is not having a good week. She’s ill with some nastiness that has left her speechless — literally — and now she’s been from voting by the incompetence of the Virginia DMV. So go visit her and bump up her traffic stats to make her feel better.

And by the way… has anyone else noticed that overnight George Bush has morphed from a bumbling idiot into a consumate politician who bravely stuck his neck out and led his party to victory?
I’ll be watching the cognitive dissonance of this conventional wisdom play out with amusement… (conventional dissonance?)
