Well, for the first time in the history, I had to invoke the what-to-do-in-the-event-of-a-tie rule. Both Blackfive – The Paratrooper of Love and PRC News came in with nine votes at the end of this week.
By the rules:
“If two or more blogs have the exact same number of links to their submitted posts, the winner will be the blogger who started blogging most recently.”
As PRC News started blogging on June 1, and Blackfive started on June 19th, Blackfive is declared the winner.
As it was a tie in votes, however, I decided to put PRC News atop the Ecosystem this week as well with a ‘Second Place’ listing. Congratulations to both, and thanks to everyone as always for participating.
